Kota von Kosel is a very handsome 5-6 year old German Shepherd. Housebroken and gentle, this 80-lb classic male leans into his favorite people to both give and receive affection and attention. Kota came to us after his owner died.  He seems to have a mild temperament, can be a little shy initially but wants to be by your side, ready to go where you go, eager to please.  He is well-mannered on leash, wagging his tail at passers-by and gilding along in a pack of as many as 7 dogs.  In canine playgroups he mingles with other polite dogs, avoiding rowdy and high-energy types. We were told he was okay with a small dog. Calm and with a wisdom that comes only with maturity, Kota will bring wonderful companionship to the lucky home that adopts him.
